LucasArts updated their site with a few interesting tidbits. firslty the 3rd piece of concept art for upcoming games to be announced at E3. this one is particularly odd.

There is news of another chat with Mike and Sean, project leaders of Escape from Monkey Island, this time in honour of the playstation2 release.

Finally a new poll, "Where would you like to spend spring break?" With options ranging from tatooine, to Monkey Island, and "my Couch" which of course i voted for.

    I didn't say it was Chepito - just that it looked quite similar to him - which I think it does. And I suppose yes, it probably looks like one of the other miners as well...

    Maybe it's not Chepito, but one of those other slaves that were working for the evil Domino. Doubtfull, but I need some confidence!

    I?m not sure of course, but I really don?t think it?s a Grim Fandango sequel! Does anyone remember Chepito having a tail?

    If the guy in the third picture had a lantern hanging over his forhead, he'd look a lot like Chepito from Grim Fandango.

    i think the second one looks like starwars, its reminiscent of a bounty hunter and seeing as they just registered bounty hunters as a trademark....

    Y'know, as much as you want to say these pictures are from Star Wars, it's starting to look like some sort of strange original game that takes place underground.
