ahh, but have to remember... America is a real BAD place to try and sell Adventure games now. Bet if they did it for the rest of the world too EMI would be in there.

Actually, I noticed both Grim Fandango and EMI as well as the Infernal Machine in the store the other day (I can't say I saw Full Throttle, although there is this foggy feeling that I have)... the packaging was weird, white cardboard box (smaller than the new small packages), the same for all games with "lucas arts classic" or somehting like that written on it, and a little window where one could see the cd case and the face thereof. I didn't make much of it then, but I guess it is somewhat bizarre. Ten bucks for Grim Fandango...

Those white boxes are in fact exactly the same size as the new small game boxes... At least they were when I stacked a bunch of them on top of the row of ValueSoft (or was it DreamCatcher?) games at my local EB.

I think LEC boxed up their $10 jewel case line like that so they wouldnt have their games thrown up on the valuerack rotating free standing shelf with Mine Sweeper Pro, Extreme Bull Rider and other titles of such quality.

My thoughts exactly. They seemed thinner than the new small boxes tm, though.
