Further proving that Mojo really has to make a Crackpot News Logo, GameTrailers have released a new 'backstory' prologue trailer for Insecticide.

Not really laugh-out-loud funny, it does nevertheless look very interesting. Beyond Good & Evil, Psychonauts, and Pixar definitely seem to be influences.

Personally what interested me most was the platform listings at the end... just PC and Nintendo DS?

    Given what we know, I'd say it's stort-driven action with adventure elements - Psychonauts, Beyond Good and Evil would be reasonable yardsticks.

    LOL. Stormtrooper stencils on the wall when the main character says "The crawler we were chasing" near the beginning of the trailer.

    I don't think they ever mentioned consoles in the past. It's still early though, who knows.

    Trailer's great. Love the visual style and the film noir vibe.
