If you just had subscribed to our podcast in iTunes you would already know that we have a new episode out.
In it, Jason and The Tingler speculate about future games, and The Tingler answers the phone. Don't tell me you don't want to listen to that!
Go download the file if you're too hip to use iTunes.
But I do wish you would cover some greater amount of original amateur and indie adventures (not just my own :) ). They've grown up to amazing quality in the last years and could really benefit from greater publicity.
Take a look at this game for instance - The Journey Down (it's possible you''ve already mentioned it in news): http://www.skygoblin.com/
It's a love letter to Grim Fandango, Monkey Island 2 and Full Throttle (all in one) with gorgeous graphics to boot. Such game would make for an excellent break between talking about Star Wars, Indy and other returning licenses during the podcasts.
Ascovel
I must say that there was a point during the podcast when you run out of topics and were talking about unfinished fangames that for a moment I thought you might mention my own amateur game. But I guess it must be a remake or a sequel to be considered a fangame - being full of references to the classics (and being available to play) is not enough - shame.
btw I do see new screenshots from Indy & Fountain of Youth appear from time to time in the AGS forums, but currently the project leader is focusing on finishing another project of his - a point & clicker called Kinky Island - so I assume it's still far from completion.
