In our latest E3 article, I take a look at the return of an old hero. Indiana Jones and the Emperor's Tomb is the latest game to feature our favorite archeologist, but how does the game live up to previous Indy titles? Check it out.

The man with the hat is...BACK! Just thrust him, throw him the whip, let him sell you a fine leather jacket, let him put things in a museum, get an apple from him but dont offer him the position of palace slave, ask him about what marks the spot, dont offer him a hot footbath, dont go in between even if he says you should, dont be rude to him if he wants to inspect the tapestries, have your ticket ready, give him a watch thats stuck at eleven o'clock, get him a tape that he can have played back during his sleep saying: "In Latin, Jehova starts with an i...In Latin-" Well, you get the idea... Btw, my father just bought me a lizard. I'm thinking of calling him Cliffornia. OK, that's it, bye, my dad wants to have another milkshake with me, AGAIN. While he and grandpa just silently had one. Hmm. Grandpa just muttered: "Screw illumanation, I want the Grail".

Just hope they'll leave the lava monsters out of it this time. More atmosphere and a better story.
I found Infernal Machine's gameplay to be acceptable, but there were too many other flaws.

Most of the music will be original. Clint Bajakian, the composer for many LucasArts games, is the composer for Emperor's Tomb. Don't ask me how I know.

The whle hand-to-hand combat looks cool and the bit on the trailer where he grabs that guys throat and just starts punchin the hell outa him is great! ;)

Indy looks just like Harrison Ford! (As in.. he didn't look much like Harrison on infernal machine.)

yep. I wonder what graphics chipset that Emperors Tomb will be optimized for. GeForce 2 or 3 perhaps. Would be neat if it was created so a GF5 or whatever could give out more details and eyecandy than before. heh I wish.

I hope not. We people with primitive computers like to play games as well, you know.

Exactly! What are the system requirements for this game?? I have an old Pentium pro 200MHz that I use to play the Infernal Machine on... I guess I'd better start looking for a new computer then.
