Editing Comments! 10 Jul, 2002, 09:02 / 31 comments

Thanks to popular demand, Mojo now has editable comments! Yes that's right, typos no more! :) Here's how it works:

1) You can only edit your own comments.
2) You can only edit comments posted within the last 24 hours.
3) The number of times you have edited your comment will appear in the comments page.

So that's that... Enjoy!

    i agree, no avatars for the comments
    it would crowd things and it'd make the page load slightly longer

    let's keep the comments a simple and slick thing :)

    Users would have separate avatars for the forums and for the comments. The comment avatars would be limited to very small dimensions, e.g. 32 pixels by 32 pixels. Would that solve the problem?

    cause as for now only the editor of his own post can only see if his OWN msgs have been edited..

    and... it is easier to read the comment if editing-info is in plain and not bold.

    i think this is really handy :)

    however like ive seen on many sites its a good feature to see when someone has edited their original message :) for the flow of comments on each other comments that gives more clearity :) *edit*
