Broken Age Part I Available to Kickstarter backers on January 14 11 Jan, 2014 / 4 comments

The wait is almost over. Broken Age Part I (the project formerly known as the Double Fine Adventure) will be available to Kickstarter backers on January 14th. It will follow shortly afterward on Steam Early Access, where it can be picked up by those who want to experience the game before the second part is out, but who didn't participate in the crowdfunding.

Broken Age Part II is scheduled to be released some time between April and May 2014.

    Waiting for the whole thing and playing it at a pace that will allow me to savor it. The Mojo review won't be by me, I guess!

    I will also not play the game before the second part is out, I want the full game experience at the same time.

    That's also why now after playing Walking Dead Season 2 Episode 1, I will wait until all the rest of the episodes are out. then I will play the rest on one sitting, it's just too much pain to wait for the episodes to arrive and play one episode and wait again.

    I'm a $100 backer and I don't really have any interest in the game, art/story not really grabbing me at all like previous DF/LEC games. I will still try it out on the 14th though.

    I'm a 115$ backer, and I won't play it until the second part gets released too.
    This is gonna hurt badly.
