"Big Guy" Makes Website Cameo 03 May, 2002, 16:30 / 10 comments

If you view the main page on LucasArts.com, a very large man with a big sword and a shield will sometimes walk across the screen. We can only guess that this may be a teaser for either Wrath, Gladius, or some other new, non-Star Wars title. Be sure to check it out and share your thoughts.

    some time ago I read about a fan game named "gladius" in an italian magazine... probably there is no connection between this game and the real gladius (the site talks about an "erotic-gotic" atmosphere), but it's courious anyway... take a look: http://web.tiscali.it/zipgames/ (in italian)

    Say what is Gladius anyhow? Do you people talk of it with deeper knowledge of some story in existence, or just juggling the title you read somewhere? Someone mentioned some cartoon that I connect with the Orient and Anime (justifiedly or otherwise) -- is this it? If so, this reeks of western art and history more so than Anime... er... what was I saying?

    Gladius for sure. You can compare this guy with the Gladius screen from the GameCube poster, looks really similar.
