Better late than never! It's time to get out your guitars for the International House of Mojo's Brutal Legend Mojocast©!

In typical Mojo style, however, Brutal Legend was not discussed. We didn't want to let this ruin a perfectly good podcast, and fortunately there's a new episode of Tales of Monkey Island available, so the guys focused on that instead.

As we've sent The Tingler to explore new Mojo opportunities in the land of China, Jason and Peter are joined this time by our resident Tim Schafer/Heavy Metal expert Karim (otherwise known as Kroms.) The bad news for kroms is that we hired him to analyse Ozzy Osbourne's contribution to Brutal Legend, and as he refused to do this, he will not be getting paid for his time.

Nevertheless, enjoy the Mojocast my friends!

    I would have thought a second series of Tales would be best if it came ASAP. Every new MI game has to sort of re-assert itself - figure out where the last one ended, and where the audience are in terms of their memory of the experience. The one time they went immediately into a sequel, they made the best game of the series in MI2.

    It was Zaarin's idea in truth. After they said they didn't discuss Brutal I said we'd need to find some new music, and he said fuckit, use the Brutal music. I may be the only person who finds it hilarious, but that's good enough for me!

    I feel like a slave at times. I think you guys owe me more than you have.

    Oh man, though. I was a bit nervous, but I didn't expect to mumble SO much. Or develop that terrible accent.

    I did, however, learn a lot, so if I ever do another, I will, at least, be the teensiest bit better.

    To everyone else: don't worry, that's just blood coming out of your ears.

    We were all geared up for the amazing Brutal Legend episode. In the end we thought it would be best to do the Brutal Legend podcast regardless of what you guys were talking about ;
