    Even a VC release may be too much to hope for. Sounds like they just renewed the trademark because the previous expired.

    As the world's biggest Maniac Mansion fan ever, this excites me, but yeah it's probably just standard trademark renewal. LEC loves renewing its trademarks, they just don't love doing things with them.
