Wow, that's actually huge. They're still on Steam right now, but who knows how long that will last. I can almost understand Monkey Island if their deal with Lucas/Disney ran out and it wasn't worth it for them to renew it, but surely dealing with Purcell isn't that expensive for the games that really started their company?
This really bums me out big time. I was cold on their games for a while now, but I feel like they crossed the horizon for me now. I guess I'll stick to Double Fine for my post-Lucas vibes.
The only good thing this could mean (dreaming big here) is that the rights to Monkey Island (and Sam & Max?) moved to Sony/Double Fine. But I'm pretty sure I'm deluding myself with that one.

I kind of liked Borderlands. I think I'll stick with happy/funny Telltale (if I ever get around to playing it, haven't touched Batman, although I kind of want to see that awkward sex scene).
