Telltale launches new site, Season 1 preorder 29 Oct, 2006, 16:48 / 12 comments

The new Telltale site is up complete with much sexier looking everything, and the previously mentioned updated back catalog. Most importantly, Sam & Max Season 1 is now available for preorder for $34.95. They say this is a limited offer, but none of you need to be told to buy it right now.

You might also notice that there are a few new games available from Telltale Now. Indie adventures Ankh, Al Emmo and the Lost Dutchman's Mine, and Samorost have found homes there, as has Law and Order: Criminal Intent. Sweet!

Do you mean your frustration transformed your sexuality?

Ankh and Al Emmo were both games I had every intention of buying, but just never got around to it. I'll probably be buying these digital versions in the near future.

Anyone have a clue why the UK is not in the "Country" list? :(

I assume international post just means using the mail infrastructure of the countries the package passes through. Just as you can send a postcard 'airmail' to Europe, you can send a package. I would not have chosen UPS...

I did hesitate for a little while, but I didn't want to receive damaged goods :) (I guess that's when 10 people tell me UPS is shit and they break your stuff :))

well, I just placed my order already.

Me too, along with the two posters + the sketchbook :)

UPS international is effing expensive, 38 $ vs about 10 $ for the "international post" (I didn't know anything about them and the quality of their service, so I chose to be robbed by UPS in the end).
Can someone enlighten me for next time?
