Say Goodbye to the Effigy Mound Wait, wait, they've gone and sent a postcard 25 Apr, 2008 / Comments: 7

Sam and Max: The Effigy Mound, a sketchbook by Steve Purcell, is running out and apparently Telltale are not reprinting it. I'm ordering mine later today: people will think I'm artsy and rich when they see it on my bookshelf. Oh yes. Oh yes indeed.

Update: They're gone!

    Thanks Mojo!

Got one just in time, I was going to wait till I had some money, but I would've missed out! I'm unemployed and I overdrafted my account, just for this book.

Awesome Job MOJO, what would I do without you? Please keep us up to date on the other awesome San & Max stuff, I'm still waiting till I have some money to get the new Surfin' The Highway.

You're welcome, but I agree with elTee. Job time.

You're unemployed and you just got an overdraft for a book?

I really hope you've got a job lined up just round the corner.

I ordered mine yesterday the moment I read the Telltale email updates that they were going to discontinue it.

I got mine at PAX, & I made Ron Gilbert and Dave Grossman sign it, even though neither one of them had anything to do with it....

Bloody Telltale! They act like they're the saviours of Sam and Max but they're really just another front for Steve Purcell to make a fortune in 10 years selling old memorabilia on eBay.

    :D
