The sequel to Tasha Sounart's Costume Quest, developed by Double Fine and published by Midnight City (Tasha is now at Pixar, so she's not involved in the sequel, beyond some ideas that she came up for a sequel to Grubbins on Ice while she was still at Double Fine), will be arriving just in time for Halloween on October 7, 2014.
