Friendly reminder: Given the studio's uncertain future, you may want to re-download your past Telltale orders while their servers still hum. Simply head over to https://telltale.com/account/games, log in to your old account, and archive your collection.
The word on the street is that Telltale had recently updated their older titles to be DRM-free. I'm hearing that this is true for all their games from Telltale Texas Hold'em through The Walking Dead: Season 1. While I can't personally vouch for whether this is true in the case of every one of those titles, it certainly has been true for all the oldies I've tried so far. (By the way, turns out Sam & Max: Season 1 is still pretty great.)
Obviously, this only applies if you purchased your games directly through Telltale rather than some other outlet. (And if that outlet was GameTap, you're probably too embarrassed to admit it.) So if you're not one of those poor dopes, get those installers now and worry about when you're going to use them later.

...I was registered with an old email account I no longer have access to, so I can't reset my login...
Any chance you can get access to that email address again?
If not, unless you have a blinding flash of remembrance, (or have the account details stashed in a password safe/text file/browser somewhere) you may be out of luck, sorry :(

Ugh... I haven't logged in to their web site since they changed it to telltale.com from telltalegames.com and you logged in with a user name rather than your email address. I was registered with an old email account I no longer have access to, so I can't reset my login. I took a shot and submitted a request for help, but not surprisingly, got an automated response that said they're no longer offering support. Lame.
I own almost all of their pre-Walking Dead games. Now I can't get them. Any advice?
If you remember your password, you should be able to login with your old email even if you don't have access to it.

- Puzzle Agent 2 appears to have a certificate error...
Good news... This workaround allows the install and then the game then plays fine :)
- Confirmation that TTG "Classic Games" are DRM-free
- Puzzle Agent 2 appears to have a certificate error that prevents installing on Windows 10. Doubt that the ol' TTG support line is taking any new tickets though, so hopefully you have that through Steam/GoG/other...
I feared it would have to be one last speed run through before the servers are gone.
Downloading the crap out of my orders now!!!
