    for me, personally, CMI IS the best adventure game ever ... so i'd be glad to see it as #1. On the other hand ... it won't change a thing! :)

    I think #1 will be either 'The Curse of Monkey Island' or 'Day of the Tentacle', but deep inside my heart I hope that 'Discworld' will win.

    Secret of Monkey Island is the second best adventure game Evan Dickens has ever seen! Somehow fitting.

    "Secret of Monkey Island" was robbed. It's not only the greatest adventure game ever, it's the greatest game ever! (followed by Escape from Monkey Island, Curse of Monkey Island and finally MI2)"Day of the Tentacle" which looks set to win, is one of the all-time greats as well though (Maniac Mansion however sucks)

    I really think The Curse of Monkey Island should also be part of this list, but I doubt it will end on the number 1 spot.
