While it's inevitible that Dank the Caveman who peers down from the Telltale site and who featured on the screen in a recent Marin Independent Journal Telltale piece will be in a game sooner or later, there may well be a new kid on the block who could be appearing in Telltale's first original adventure game (Telltale Games is made up predominantly from staffers laid off at LucasArts who were working on the much anticipated Sam & Max sequel).
Not so long ago on the Telltale forums "apignarb" tipped the world off about the "surfy" site; dudebrough.com. In it "Blades of Stenchtar II" is reviewed (those who read the telltale blogs will be familiar).
The site is a "home-made" webpage by surfer dude Ted Dudebrough. And a whois lookup puts it all beyond doubt. Gnarly!

Would it be possible for someone to make a brief summary of all these new companies, who is involved, and what games they are currently working on? I recognize names like Autumn Moon, Tell Tale Games, etc.. but I'm getting really confused as to which corresponds with which project, and who is involved.
Also smart use of this site's news search function will fill you in on exactly who Telltale & Autumn Moon & Pileated are and why I'm covering them on Mojo.
I'm not trying to be smart here, but there is an abundance of info both on Mojo and over the internet on these companies, and if you don't understand why I'm writing about them it's not hard to find out the reasons.
Having said that, Jake's idea is splendid - that SWON picture has been up for. like, a year. There are plenty of LucasArts alumni to do a "where are they now" feature on.
Also, I've added a bit of extra info into the story, made the first sentence make gramatical sense and corrected the Marin Journal reference.
