Indy teaser confirmed for next week 08 Feb, 2008, 06:26 / 11 comments

As previously reported, the Indiana Jones 4 trailer will be attached to The Spiderwick Chronicles on February 14th (next Wednesday). For those of you uninterested in seeing Mark Waters' magnum opus on the silver screen or just not a resident of North America, the trailer will also be posted on the film's official site a day later.

Anyway, nothing you haven't already heard before, but this time it's confirmed, which is nice after all those past disappointments.

Oh, and John Hurt had a short chat with Empire magazine, and he still refuses to admit who he's playing...

Furthermore, the Indiana Jones official website has a lovely new featurette up focusing on Indy's Hat & Jacket. Wow, Harrison Ford's bald!

    Oh yeah!

    Y'know, I hear people going on about how they should've released a trailer in December or something (I was among them), but on the other hand nothing annoys me more than going to the cinema, watching a trailer for a film I'm really interested in followed by 'Coming Next Year'.

    What's the point of getting me excited a year before the film's gonna appear? Swines.

    On the other hand, I've been excited about both The Dark Knight and Indy since they were announced...

    I agree with you on all fronts there. I means it's like meeting a girl at club, you hit it off and looks like she's coming back to yours but instead se turns round and "Well, I should be back here in about 6 months if you want to meet up then, ok?".

    This may or may not have actually happened to me.
