Well, Mojo was down for a few hours, along with much of the LFNetwork, and we apologize for not being able to bring this to you sooner.

Italian Gaming site Multiplayer.it snagged some footage from the upcoming Full Throttle trailer. Check it out here!

For those who cannot access FTP servers for any reason, check out our mirror here. Make sure you've got the newest version of DivX 5 to view this clip.

It looked really good. It'd better be an adventure game!!, I'll be kickin'ass if it isn't!!!

guys look, i know one thing for sure that all sean clark's game in lucasarts r all adventure games so im really positive that its gonna be an adventure game. but one thing that is odd, why is Mo not wearing her fancy cloths and hanging out in bars and riding motorcycles while she has to be in her limo talking in her ceel phone???? but its good to have back =~)

I like the desert; I like the animation of bar brawls; But damnit can't they get someone who is not infatuated with Smurfs to do the art?! The motorcycles look like blow-up toys and the characters are too expressive...

It's goofy... It's not supposed to be goofy... sob... sniff... Lucas (ltd.) has raped my childhood AGAIN! I dunno... I hated EMI, I hope this won't be as bad. Yes, the end of the world hath come upon us: I HOPE THAT LUCAS ARTS WILL LAND NEAR THE UPPER END OF MEDIOCRE, as opposed to TRANSCEND THEMSELVES...

Also, may I be cynical and notice that Jeffrey said that HALF the games will be StarWars, and other HALF original; I see only a QUARTER of the program is original, and the rest are follow-ups on old franchises... Still, better than last year... Keep up the good work! I'm getting myself an X-box...

but why exactly all you guys hate so much EMI? it is such a great work (well, ok, except for the smurf stuff), with great plot and puzzles... in the future it will be appreciated a lot more than now.

IIRC, in the transcripts, "original" meant "not film-based" (or maybe "not Star Wars").

Wicked, i just didnt like the fact that the characteres moved like something out of a kids cartoon.
  • Cursed Tuna on 24 May, 2002, 06:11…
this is one of the coolest adventures i've ever seen... well, if it's an adventure anyway... =P
don't doubt, guys, there is the good ol'sean clark working on this game! it's surely going to be great!

Brilliant, Game looks true to the sprit, adventure all the way. You can see by various scenes that its more then mindless action.
  • DasJan on 24 May, 2002, 01:43…
The video looks really cool and all that stuff, I adimit. But I can't see Ben solve any puzzle in the trailer :-((
  • Greatman on 24 May, 2002, 02:36…
I feel sorry for you, really sorry. What type of puzzels did you want to see him solving in 1 minute trailer. I remember Grim Fandango's 2 minutes trailer, and Manny solved no puzzle in it. Please, Please, Please, stop bashing before the release.
  • DasJan on 24 May, 2002, 03:19…
I really wanted to see Ben meditating for about 15 minutes over some really intruiging myst-like mechanical puzzles with marbles rolling through some sort of labyrinth and with Ben not knowing what exactly to do... ;-)

Is it ok to distribut the link around on other forums? to get the word out.

Don't get me wrong - thrilled me to see it, but not 100% sure LEC will be happy about it. I'd be careful what you do with it...heh. Otherwise, LucasLegal may send out some Jengo Fett clones of their own. :)

I wasn't going to upload it to Mojo but Spaff made me. It's his fault, dammit! Where are you taking me?
  • SrpskiPrinc on 23 May, 2002, 23:13…
Ahhh! It doesnt work all i can see is that M logo, and sounds, the picture doesnt change.
  • Metallus on 23 May, 2002, 23:24…
Make sure you've got the latest Divx stuff, or use the AVI one.
  • LGH on 24 May, 2002, 01:34…
Sh*t, you also need that F***ing DivX codex to play the AVI version... And I haven't found any update for the media player till now :-(
  • DasJan on 24 May, 2002, 01:42…
    Hi Luc!
divx.com - just install the codec and the media player will show you the trailer.
  • Metallus on 24 May, 2002, 01:43…
Ha, you replied to the wrong one! So there :P.

Aurgh. You can get the codecs from Divx.com, but I recommend getting a copy of Ad-aware to go with their software, because they've put spyware in it.
  • Dalixam on 24 May, 2002, 05:59…
You can just choose to download the version without spy-ware.
