Force Unleashed spoils itself, gets new underwear 13 Jun, 2008 / Comments: 13

LucasArts have released a video that manages to spoil the plot of Star Wars: The Force Unleashed three months before the game is released. This beats Lucas' previous record of two months for us in the UK by releasing The Phantom Menace in July rather than May, but still giving us the game, book, soundtrack, toys and all the other merchandise.

Still, at least it opens with the Golden Guy back to his lightsaber-flinging self.

If you don't care, check it out here. But then, if you don't care, you won't want to check it out. So who is this video for again?

Ouch, the "Am I going to see you again?" moment was really bad. I predict that an incredibly emo subplot revolving around redemption through the power of true love will ensue.

Not really a spoiler, since it only reveals what happens after you complete the first level. ¬¬

The game looks pretty damn awesome.

Meh, it's just a typical game. Bring on an adventure game!

    I don't know, didn't watch it. :P

Still, it comes with a massive 'SPOILERS!!! OMG!!!' card at the front, so thought it was funny!

I disagree...if someone told me what would happen in the first act of MI5 I'd shoot him.

Monkey Island 5: Invasion of Monkey Island
Evil, super-intelligent pirate space monkeys arrive from the future, and try and turn the Caribbean into the hub of their huge intergalactic business empire, BananaCorp.

Act one sees Gubrush and Elaine heading up in a voodoo-powered, flying inflatable dinghy in order to try and infiltrate their space ship.

Meanwhile LeChuck seems to have joined the cause, and is overseeing the construction of a giant laser cannon atop Monkey Island's volcano. But can he be trusted, or does he have other motives?
