Real? No idea. USA Today says "yes".

Great? Undoubtedly.

Update: In a likely embargo busting an exclusive first peek from USA Today: "Lloyd will also provide his voice for the games.

Bob Gale, who wrote the screenplays for the three films, is working with the game developers on the plot for the planned five "episodes"."

Another Update: You can read the full, unedited press release (The game will be out 'soon after' the 25th Anniversary movie re-releases on October 26th) on the new game teaser site.

    I'm glad to hear USA Today was supposed to post this stuff. I felt really bad for the folks at Telltale when the Nelson Tethers levee broke too early.

    Cools. You can actually tell it's Ryan Jones' art because it's in his style, and if in doubt look at the nose. No-one but Jones does that kind of nose.

    Too bad I can't play these games until the lot at Jordanian customs decide my graphics card and processor aren't threats to the security of the universe. I need a new Pc and they won't let me have it. I haven't even played Nelson Tethers yet. Some fan I am.

    I'm excited- no, ecstatic to see Christopher Lloyd playing Doc Brown again. (Okay, I'm only hearing him, but I have faith in the animators to pull this off.)
    Also, this means that we'll be seeing Marty for sure. There's no mention of Michael J. Fox, though, which means he's not in it, they haven't gotten him yet, or they don't want to announce it yet.
    Oh well, it'll be good whatever happens.

    Just a bit of confirmation that the news IS legit!
    I guess this also means that Lloyd returning to voice Doc is true as well.

    Looks great. I wonder how they will look in 3D, but the art looks really, really good. I love Doc's expression.

    I hope we'll get just a tiny bit more at PAX. Maybe some screenshots or a trailer.
