Any hints yet when we could expect the full game to be released aka the second episode?
Not touching this one before the full game is released, same with Broken Sword 5.
When Double Fine announced the game would be coming to Steam Early Access, they said the second part would be coming in April or May.

Apparently there's an embargo on it until 27th January the day before the official release on the 28th.
For true reviews, yes, but not "impressions".
Apparently now the embargo has been lifted according to Double Fines Twitter, PC Gamer have a review up.
