Beware E3 15 May, 2001 / Comments: 26

The last E3 announcement panel has cracked away. And lookie here, its for the 17 of may. What a cooincidence, that's the same day as the opening of E3. And Simon Jeffery wants to have an interview with US! Devout adventure supporters. Hmm... could adventures still be in store? Could LEC actually have a (warped) sense of humor to torture us like this? Only time shall tell my friends...

It is an RPG game I think - the one being developed by BioWare.. I do not think it will be adventure... They need only money it seems.

    I completley agree.

Wow... LEC sure knows how to create an anti-climax.
  • lechump on 15 May, 2001, 16:50…
hmm...the "bounty hunter game" was Obi-Wan
  • Remi O on 15 May, 2001, 17:03…
    I seriously doubt that.
  • lechump on 16 May, 2001, 17:16…
oh you better seriously believe it! if the second art-work announcement was the bounty hunter game, then it?s obi-wan! evidence? yup: just check the obi-wan screenies!

Seeing that it was confirmed that it was another Star Wars game, I will stick to what I belived.
  • Remi O on 17 May, 2001, 20:03…
Bah, I'm mixing up answers here. :) Anyway, registering Bounty Hunter as a trademark for a game, means that the game will be called Bounty Hunter.

hate to kill your hopes, but unless ive been informed incorrectly it is not an adventure game.
  • Mad Lord Snapcase on 15 May, 2001, 15:36…
Perhaps it's two adventure games? :-)
  • Remi O on 15 May, 2001, 14:32…
This why people hate you Spaff - you kill dreams!
  • Squid Kidd on 15 May, 2001, 10:32…
Unfortunately, i don't think they've officially announced that new "bounty hunter" game :(

If it is a sequel, what does everyone want? It's been a long time since the announcement of a sequel in the credits of Fate of Atlantis...
  • penbrook on 15 May, 2001, 08:36…
i never finished the game(no time but thanks for reminding me) so what are you talking about?
  • Remi O on 15 May, 2001, 16:06…
There were some talk about a Young Indy game, but it must have gone the same way as the TV show.
  • Metallus on 15 May, 2001, 05:30…
Hey...I had my suspicions all along that the porting of EMI wasn't a real E3 announcement, could this be a possible adventure....PLEASE LEC!!! DO NOT LET US DOWN!!! WE NEED ADVENTURES!!!!
  • penbrook on 15 May, 2001, 06:33…
    Seriously.
  • penbrook on 15 May, 2001, 04:24…
Ohh man... I was sooo sure that final block was just a border to look nice. I feel so much better knowing at least its a game. I wouldn't mind a sequel as long as its good. (but I would probably buy it anyway) Scummbuddy
  • Remi O on 15 May, 2001, 03:50…
Hmmm... Does LEC likes to torture us? Or are they gonna make it an anti-climax and announce another Star Wars game? Nah... I'm optimistic for now.
  • wM on 15 May, 2001, 03:44…
Ohh, gotta love this... It has to be an adventure. Surely LEC are aware how much the adventure community craves for a new quality lec game and they just CAN'T toy with us like this and then let us down. On a more "negative" side, I bet it's a sequel.
  • Zaarin on 15 May, 2001, 02:50…
'bout bloody time! Anyway, fingers crossed...
