Where could you ask him in the intro? The rest of the game it should have Mr. Fusion, but not the intro at the twin pine mall.
I meant you can ask Doc in the past, not in the dream. If it did have Mr Fusion on it at the start, that was indeed incorrect, but then as jp-30 said it's a dream so anything goes!

The intro was a dream, though. Strange shit happens in dreams...
Perhaps, but it seemed out of place. Or, at least they just didn't want to make the model without Mr. Fusion. Ah well. Still loved the game.

Yeah, despite the suggestion at the beginning, this isn't the Delorean from the original. It's the souped-up Mr Fusionized one. Just ask Doc about it if you missed the explanation.

It's not the BTTF1-DeLorean, but - as Doc explains - an exact duplicate of the (hover-converted) one that gets struck by lightning in 1955 in BTTF2.

Was anyone else bothered by seeing Mr. Fusion on the original DeLorean?

This seems not to be such a great deal don't you think? I mean, Telltale Games is trying to catch a wider range of people but all its marketing campaign survive un VDF (Very Demanding Fans).
It entirely depends on what mindset you're going into with it. I don't try to make a big deal of the puzzles being easy as I was expecting that, but it's worth warning people of.
