Well, I'm glad you asked! Market research firm FADE (Forecasting and Analyzing Digital Entertainment) looked at the top 10 bestsellers on Xbox Live in October, and Costume Quest was in there at Number 7, selling 31,000 copies.

Considering that was in just the last week of October, only the 360 sales and up against such major digital titles as Sonic 4, Dead Rising 2: Case Zero, and Limbo, that's a very respectable position.

4. Comic Jumper (Twisted Pixel) - 55,000 Units (1200 MS Points)
5. Plants vs. Zombies (PopCap) - 45,000 Units (1200 MS Points)
6. Limbo (Playdead) - 33,000 Units (1200 MS Points)
7. Costume Quest (Double Fine) - 31,000 Units (1200 MS Points)
8. Castle Crashers (The Behemoth) - 28,000 Units (1200 MS Points)
9. Trials HD (RedLynx) - 26,000 Units (1200 MS Points)
10. Dead Space Ignition (Sumo Digital) - 26,000 Units (400 MS Points)

    31k seems pretty dang promising for a game that debuted the last week of the month. I have this despairing notion that the retail PC version of Psychonauts didn't reach that figure in its entire printing.
