DS Insecticide given new trailer, release date 20 Oct, 2007, 18:14 / 5 comments

Check out the latest trailer for the DS version of Insecticide which has a good deal of new footage mixed in it. The end of the trailer also reveals that the DS version of the game is scheduled for a January 8th, 2008 release and shows off a box cover which, real or not, is pretty nice. And as the official site notes, you can now pre-order the DS version from Gamestop. I don't hate Insecticide coverage anymore!

    You guys should check out the new PC screenshots that are up on Gamespot and, cough, Mojo. They show a good deal of improvement.

    Also I'm very excited about this game. Both versions are day one purchases for me.

    Did the music remind anyone else of the Force Commander soundtrack?

    Anyways, I'm still not too sure about this game. I want too like it, and I want to support indie developers, but I'll definately want to try out a demo before I part with any cash.

    I really don't know. Only releasing on the DS and PC sounds weird to me. Can anyone name any other new games just on those two platforms? I fear one of them is going to suffer, if not both.

    I'll review one of them at least.

    And still it wobbles! Looks a bit better graphically now though. Time will tell to see if the game's any good though...
